FAQ
-
What is Placement Loop?
Placement Loop is a workforce development technology company built for the middle class. We don’t run one big job board. Instead, we provide the infrastructure—technology, tools, and a proven business model—that helps our licensees build and operate niche job marketplaces.
-
Who are your licensees?
Our licensees are recruiting firms and sector-based workforce development organizations that want to grow sustainable businesses while serving workers more completely. They use Placement Loop to capture employer demand, match workers with precision, and connect workers to services that improve career, financial, health, social, and community well-being.
-
How is Placement Loop unique?
Traditional job boards go broad and focus only on listings and transactions. Placement Loop is a workforce development technology company that supports the whole worker—career, financial, health, social, and community well-being.
Our licensees aren’t centralized job boards. They’re distributed across communities, running niche marketplaces with local knowledge.
-
What role do partners like higher education or training providers play?
Placement Loop is designed to integrate with partners who help workers grow. Training providers, higher education programs, and coaching professionals can plug into our Data Economic Network (DEN) and offer services through our marketplaces. This creates a feedback loop where workers not only get placed, but also upskilled and supported for long-term success.
-
How does Placement Loop make money?
Placement Loop earns revenue through licensee fees and a percentage of transactions, like recruitment fees processed through our system. For licensees, the model is designed so that investment in the platform pays back in 18–36 months. For investors, this creates predictable recurring revenue with upside from network effects as more licensees and partners join.

Why should you care about Placement Loop?
The workforce development system is broken—most middle-income workers live paycheck to paycheck and lack access to career and financial guidance. Career success leads to financial success and opens the door to higher forms of well-being—health, social connection, and community engagement. But it all starts with job placement and career management.
By starting at the career level and scaling vertically into other well-being factors, Placement Loop creates defensible network effects and a scalable model for transforming human capital development.
